Franceso Fiori has been making artisan Cagnulari in Usini for over 40 years. Serra Juales is a single vineyard that his father planted over 70 years ago. The vines are alberello; the grapes are hand harvested; and aged in steel vats. You'll be shocked at the massive body and smoothness. Ripe blackberry notes, violet undertones, spices, and savory finish that satisfies. 6,000 bottles small batch handcrafted per annum.
