Terre Antiche Passerina del Frusinate single vineyard white wine. This white wine is a must on a hot and sweaty day in the summer, but you still want to have a nice lunch. From 60-year-old vines a short ride outside of Rome and near the Frosinone Province, this Passerina expresses the ancient properties of the land. The bottle is named "La Forma" or the "The Form" referring to the shape of the vines, critical for its development. Terre Antiche practices biodynamic farming and after an accurate hand harvest, the wine ages in clay amphora to develop the ancient perfumes and flavors. The wine is best served with pasta with clams in a white wine/garlic sauce.
