Made with 100% Aglianico, this wine continues to praise the glory of Rome. Campi Taurasini is a wine subregion which means "Taurasi Fields." Taurasi is the most important territory for making the most complex and ageworthy Aglianico wines. Full body, black cherry, roses and violets, with peppery spice, leather, and volcanic ash tones. This artisan wine drinks better than most $50 mass-produced wines. Decant for 2 hours before serving. If you don't finish the bottle the first night, don't worry, the wine continues to breathe and open up until the next day. 4,000 bottles handcrafted per annum.
