Cagnulari is an unknown "blue zone wine" from the island of Sardinia in Italy. Nebriosu is the name of the single vineyard where the wine comes from. Cagnulari is an excellent Cab Conversion for those who want to explore full body wines with ample fruit. This is a natural wine, made from spontaneous fermentation on the grapes native yeast. Powerful perfumes of the old world, wild blackberry, dense concentration, spices, earth tones, with a smooth texture and refined rusticity. Aged in one single oak cask. 1,200 bottles handcrafted per annum.
